The mass rallies are expected to be peaceful but Army spokesman Col. Sansern Kaewkumnerd said that crowd-control measures will be used if necessary.

Well, this is a part of 2007 (coup d'etat) Thai constitution related to the King. I'll not translate this in detail because it's useless for foreigner. The point is, a part of this constitution give some councilors the power of the King. This might not be an issue for some foreigner but for thai, this is unacceptable. The constitution say when the king can not perform his task, councilors can have his power in hand!!! Why them?? Why not others in royal family or the Queen? While they are condemning the other citizen about their royalty, there is no such thing in the constitution which give the same power as those councilors....
